Mikalee Williams is an associate in TrustSphere Legal’s Florida office, where she focuses on real estate litigation. She brings a perspective most litigators don’t have: she has seen real estate from the business side before the dispute begins.

Mikalee has worked in the real estate department of a Fortune 500 company, where she saw how a large organization approaches property decisions, risk, and the details that determine whether a deal holds up. As a licensed Florida real estate agent, she also worked directly with real estate investors, learning what they need from a transaction and how quickly a small oversight can turn into a costly dispute. That experience shapes how she handles a case. She understands what the parties were trying to accomplish and where the deal went wrong, which helps her give clients clear, practical advice.

Mikalee built her litigation foundation through multiple legal clerkships in private firm and government settings, drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents in real estate and creditors’ rights matters. She earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law, where she held a leadership role in the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law (RPPTL) Society, placed in the top 10% of the 1L Mock Trial Competition, and was in the Stetson Law Advocacy Program.
