Glenn Vernon Wilson Jr., known as Vern, is TrustSphere Legal’s Florida Managing Partner. With more than three decades of Florida practice, he brings a seasoned legal perspective to business and real estate litigation, as well as the planning decisions that protect family wealth.

Businesses, real estate, and personal assets are often closely connected. A dispute involving one can put the others at risk. Vern’s practice brings business and real estate litigation together with a longstanding background in estate planning, probate, elder law, and Medicaid planning. That breadth connects the immediate dispute with the larger interests at stake: the business a client has built, the property they own, and the financial future they are working to protect.

Vern has represented personal representatives in Florida estate administrations in Pinellas, Pasco, and Sarasota counties. His experience spans planning for the future and carrying those plans into effect, when family priorities, financial obligations, and legal requirements must be addressed together. As Florida Managing Partner, he brings that experience to TrustSphere’s work for businesses, property owners, and families.

Vern earned his law degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1991 and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1993. He is also admitted before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
